NTC Will Tweet For You

We at Novus Tempus Communications understand that Twitter is here to stay.  And we, like any other good public relations firm, appreciate and value the concept behind Twitter; information conveyed in short, concise and very precise messages.  Public relations firms work behind this same concept.  We understand that all information that we release about our customers will be dissected word-for-word, there is no room for ambiguity is the work we do.

We already maintain over 800 Twitter profiles from 782 customers.   When one our clients faces a crisis, Twitter becomes one of the most effective tools.  The public depends on information of tweets to keep up with the developments of the organization in question.   Tweets are always, by their nature, short but with extremely important information.  Information is conveyed very effectively, and in very little time - it takes only seconds to read a message and within seconds millions of potential followers receive that message.

The number of organizations that maintain Tweeter accounts is already immense, and gradually growing.  Unfortunately, not all organizations have their own communication departments.   And out of those who do, even fewer have public relations professionals.  When these organizations practice public relations, the results attained are not always the ones desired.

The results obtained by hiring experienced professional are much more satisfying.

We use Twitter to provide links to important websites; such news sites that have published relevant information about our clients.  Besides providing links to external websites we also provide links to press releases that have been released by a particular client.

Twitter also allows us to inform followers of a certain clients about important events that may be happening.  These include information about the dates and times of press releases, news and radio interviews, and any other public appearance by a particular organization.

For the first time in history there now exists an interactive and direct link between organizations and the the public they serve.  The long-term consequences of this phenomenon is not yet fully understood.  What professionals agreed on is that this phenomenon cannot be ignored - if it is, there will be repercussions.
